The hotel absolutely has met my expectation. It's a modern, industrial looking hotel for sports. If you accept that, you won't face any surprises. The staff was always engaing, helpful and geniunely nice. The breakfast and dinner was always fresh, plenty, has enough variety, descently high quality. About the room: I love the utility/storage room for your skiing equipent, very well thought through. The room itself was maybe a bit tight, but was actually enough to rest after a long day of skiing. Not having a separate bathroom, and the shower opening from the room was an interesting design choice, just like having the sink in the room too. Eventually it wasn't a problem for me. I love the modern smart tv, where I could login to all of the streaming platforms and have some entertainment if I wanted. The heated pool could have been warmer, (it was around 25-28°C) specially that people can go to the outside part directly, which made a cold breeze each time someone go out or in. Wasn't a big issue, but I'd vote for warmer water, just so people can sink in after a long day. The sauna area was nice, clean and relatively quiet. The disco theme design was surprising but fun, definitely something to remember with the life size 1980's John Travolta posing in disco attire :D The climbing wall was a blast, with it's majestic 16m height. Definitely recommended if you feel adventurous! The millenium expresss ski lift was just next to the building, so it couldn't be physically closer.

My apartment was very large and comfortable, and it had everything, including two new giant flat screen TVs! The view of the mountains was wonderful, and it was only a 10 minute walk to the biggest shopping center in Villach, with lots of good restaurants....the breakfast was perfect...thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful hotel in the Austrian countryside! Clean and friendly. We visited from the USA to attend the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring and the hotel was perfect. Because we were at the racetrack most of the time we only ate dinner there once, but it was excellent. The staff knew enough English that we didn't have to struggle in German (which would have been totally fine for us, but probably annoying for the native speakers) and the views were insane. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and good equipped hotel,close to the beach and park and port too. No restaurant, only bed and breakfast, but that's ok. Parking is available after pre-booking.

Great location and amazing restaurant. We came to Velden off season but had a wonderful experience at the hotel. There’s parking and EV chargers. The front desk is very friendly and rooms were comfortable. The highlight was the restaurant with amazing Austrian food and great continental breakfast.
