The staff were fantastic, very helpful, kind and their smiles lit the whole room. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. Interior design is amazing, from the room we stayed in, to the pool and sauna area and everything was squeaky clean. We ordered breakfast to our room, and on paper, we weren't sure if it's going to be enough. We barely finished the whole thing and it was delicious. I know where I'll be staying next time I'm in Graz. :)
