The internet was fast and reliable, and I loved that there were two TVs and air conditioning in the apartment. But what really made it stand out was how cozy and comfortable it was - the bed was so comfy! Everything just worked perfectly. We asked for a room on a high floor with a view towards the New Year's Eve event, and the hotel staff accommodated it, hence, we had an amazing New Year with the kiddos. I truly recommend this hotel if you are seeking a world-class experience in Sarajevo.
