The apartment was spotless from top to bottom and super quiet, which was amazing. The automated check-in process made arriving (even getting into the garage) a breeze. The customer support team was always available and just a WhatsApp or Viber message or phone call away, which was really reassuring. The internet was fast and reliable, and I loved that there were two TVs and air conditioning in the apartment. But what really made it stand out was how cozy and comfortable it was - the bed was so comfy! Everything just worked perfectly. Highly recommend Mayisa Apartments if you're looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay in Sarajevo!

Excellent stay! without a doubt the best I’ve had in Bosnia, the bar is set very high! From the very beginning, the transfer from the airport to the apartment went perfectly. Aida, the host, is extremely warm and welcoming. The apartment smelled wonderful upon arrival, and the fragrance lasted throughout the entire stay. Everything is thoughtfully prepared for comfort: spotlessly clean, slippers, toiletries, tea, coffee… nothing is missing. The apartment is close to the center and all amenities, which makes it very convenient. Aida is very responsive to messages, always available and attentive. The little booklet provided is a real bonus: it includes great recommendations and tips, which allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. A perfect place that I 100% recommend!
