Very close to the center, within walking distance, right in the heart of Sarajevo. The accommodation does not have an elevator, and we asked if it was possible to be on a floor with fewer stairs. Our request was immediately accepted. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was spotless from top to bottom and super quiet, which was amazing. The automated check-in process made arriving (even getting into the garage) a breeze. The customer support team was always available and just a WhatsApp or Viber message or phone call away, which was really reassuring. The internet was fast and reliable, and I loved that there were two TVs and air conditioning in the apartment. But what really made it stand out was how cozy and comfortable it was - the bed was so comfy! Everything just worked perfectly. Highly recommend Mayisa Apartments if you're looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay in Sarajevo!

It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve evet stayed. Everything was very new and felt like home. Our host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was really big compared to a hotel room and its having a kitchen was a nice extra. It was very near to the center and we didnt have to walk a steep path, it wasnt a big deal

The 5-star Swissotel Sarajevo offers contemporary designed rooms, ideally located 1.8 km from Latin bridge and 2.1 km from Bascarsija Street. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the adjoining SCC shopping mall had great food options. The pool and sauna were also amazing.
