Lejla and her husband arranged transport for us from the airport (on short notice) because the buses weren't running frequently. I stayed in touch with Lejla throughout our stay to ask for advice or tips in Sarajevo. She was so prompt in replying to us and gave lots of recommendations. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Sarajevo!

Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo.
