The attention to detail was beyond lovely. They had really gone all out to think about why the guests would like. The hosts were at our beckon call, we never needed anything but they messaged to see if we needed picking up, any extra towels, sheets etc. the perfect hosts. The facilities were really clean and everything was in working condition. The fact they catered for children with the games that were there. The place is nice and secure, beautifully decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Thank you for a fantastic little trip, we will be back again next year 😊

It was a pleasure being guest in National Palace, the SPA facilities are new, it was very clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend that place.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful traditional Bulgarian village. The outside was pretty and well kept with a flower filled courtyard and an outdoor seating area. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculately clean and warm. We loved the rustic feel of the furniture and decor. We were glad of the hotel restaurant serving hot food when we arrived. It was reasonably priced and very tasty with a good range of different meals to choose from. Breakfast was included in the price, which was an added bonus. It was a Banitsa with the choice of tea or a yogurt drink. Coffee was extra.
