KoBi Apartments Hirschenplatz offers accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Luzern, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the station. The environment is great and very quiet. The attic has a kitchen and a washing machine, and there’s also a supermarket nearby, so it’s very convenient to buy things. The hotel staff are all very nice—even though we never met in person, they replied to messages super quickly. I’d love to visit again if I get the chance.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were spotless and snow-white. The terrace was amazing, with a stunning view of the mountains — truly unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent: delicious, fresh, and varied. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Housed in a former Guild Hall, the Hotel des Balances enjoys a picturesque location on the Reuss river in the heart of Old Lucerne. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Best location, an amazing hotel, very friendly staff. The restaurant a is Michelin star winner, breakfast was exceptional.

Very charming place in a lovely location. The room is super big, with a lot of light. The staff is very friendly and open to help, as well as flexible. 100% will return! Even the shared bathroom was not an issue, as they were super clean and renewed.
