The penthouse apartment occupies the top floor. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, and the terrace—complete with a hammock—is delightful, offering wonderful views of the night sky. The apartment has a fan, and keeping the windows open helps cool it down.The beach is just a short walk away (about 150 m), which is extremely convenient. The main entrance, stairwell, and all apartments are kept spotless and are cleaned daily. Anildo is exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis or pickups and offering clear guidance—much appreciated.

Natural setting and ambiance is very unique and incredible. The staff are very friendly and proactively make sure you get what you expect, including giving me suggestions about kitesurfing, yoga and transportation before my arrival. Food is the best I’ve had in Cape Verde and loved the peaceful and slow 3-course dinners.

Great value for money and Jean Luc was the best host we could have ask for, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome: from welcome drinks to getting us a quad. The host was definitely one of the kindest people we’ve met on the island. Very helpful, with care and great approach. He helped us with getting transport from and to the airport. The apartment was enormously big, and I couldn’t imagine a better one. It was fully equipped, with all the basic amenities. Very high standard.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, you have everything you need either for short or for a longer stay. There is an AC, but in December you will hardly need it, if the doors are open. A big advantage are the mosquito nets on the doors.
