When booking, I did not inform them of my dietary needs (very sorry) and they were able to accommodate me on the spot, which I appreciated very much. I decided to extend my stay for another 2 nights because I really enjoyed it and there are many things to explore. I would recommend not only staying at Ciza&Rose, but also letting them organize the hiking activities for you so that you get the most out of your vacation in Portela.

And their child was sooo cuute. They organized me a very good guide to hike to the volcano. His name was Du Santos and he was really really a nice guy. During the trip he learned us a little bite Kreol and told us something about Fogo. I liked the accomodation very much, it was clean and confortable. The owner cooked also excellent. So thank you! Overall just a great place to spend your time, very relaxing.
