One of the most unique apartments I've stayed in - not only pretty but also functional, it had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth thanks to the clear instructions from the host (I especially appreciated the photos included). The apartment is located in the attic of a very beautiful house, you can even learn a bit about its history as you climb the stairs :)

The cozy apartment (with kitchen) had everything we needed. The room was very clean with a very nice and large bathroom. The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

The breakfast is excellent, rich, and delicious. Most of all, the Lechner family is genuinely welcoming, friendly, and enjoyable, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Overall: far above expectations, the most deserved 10 out of 10 ever! Hospitality taken to the highest level!!!

Our favourite place we stayed on our entire trip. It's such a beautiful home, and it feels like you're staying with friends. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and want to make sure you have a great trip. The breakfast is exceptional, truly. Easily parked out front every day. The town is lovely and peaceful, but close to the highway for ease of travel. It was a great base for Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, etc.

I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.

Wonderful hotel on the land in Oberbayern. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The suite was a beautiful combination of modern and traditional aesthetic. The owners were wonderful and helpful.
