I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Ciudad de Ávila. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you'd expect—air conditioning, a minibar, a great shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. Parking was easy and secure, and the location is ideal—close to the historic center of Ávila, yet in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. The breakfast was fresh and convenient, and I also enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant.

Such a beautiful apartment. It isn't often that the photos correspond perfectly. This charming, elegantly designed, contemporary apartment was the ideal base from which to explore Avila. The children loved it and so did we. The attention to detail that the owners have put in to so many aspects... From the inviting dinner settings and coffee/buns and tea, through to thinking of all the essentials you might need. The lighting was spot on, the decor superb and you are literally across the road from the walls of Avila. Thank you for that little moment of parentheses in a busy life.

Elevator for baggage, double glazed windows blocking street noise, fresh fruit water and coffee. Smart TV large bathroom with Rituals products. We leveraged street parking as were there on a Saturday and Sunday and there were plenty of spots. Can also recommend the nearby bakery called Santa Gloria Bakery and coffee for breakfast and coffee.

This was the best unit we had in our whole trip of 20 days. It was big and very comfortable. There are no windows in any walls, but something similar in the roof... that was a great surprise. The kitchen was very comfortable as we stayed a few days and after 15 days in Spain, my family wanted some home-cooked meals. The owner was very responsive and made the check-in process very seamless.

Nice combination of the old building and reformed interior. Comfortable beds. What stood out for us as well was the climate in the apartment. With the floor heating/cooling there was a very nice interior climate without the need of touching any button and without the air flows of an air conditioning.
