The staff were very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was comfortable and clean, and had the bonus of 3 different firmnesses of pillows to choose from for sleep, which is a nice touch not often seen in places we have stayed. Since we only stayed 1 night here, we didn't get a chance to check out or use the gym or pool located on site. The location is also good, as it's on the edge of the tourist/old town area, and easily walkable. We used underground parking across the street, which was ~10 euros per day.
