Located in front of Place de Jaude and 500 metres from the cathedral, this 24-hour reception hotel offers a bar, a terrace and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were very welcoming and arranging. For example, they provided us with a phone battery we were missing.

Simple but good breakfast starting early in the morning (around 7AM). The room was in a good temperature.

This 19th-century hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Mont Dore, and makes a wonderful base for exploring the Massif du Sancy. Very friendly staff who enjoy their job and like working and interacting with people. Exquisite breakfast. Great location to explore the surrounding mountains. Free parking on site.

A really excellent little room, comfortable and clean with lovely attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the old town. Annick was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast, partly homemade, was a lovely feature. It also made a big difference to have a private off-road car parking space. All in all, highly recommended.

Sam can book all the restaurants for you and the breakfast he made for us cannot be matched. All the privacy at Atelier st. Jean. If we need to stay in the area again we will definitely come back here. Without a doubt!
