The hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful no matter the time of the day, great location and the rooms were clean and taken care of. Definitely a place I would love to come back to next time. Additionally, made my trip so much better whenever I came back to the hotel and got welcomed with warm smiles and the staff checking up on our stay.

Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

This is my second time staying in these apartments, and I will gladly stay again! The location is perfect: walking distance to many attractions, close to metro/bus stops, surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. The apartments have everything you need to cook, a super nice shower and a comfy bed. Everything was also really clean. The fact that you use door codes is super convenient, so you don't need to worry about keys. They also stored our bags for some hours on our last day :)

Plenty of space for three adults & very well furnished apartment. Great to have all the kitchen utilities to use over our weekend stay. The location was great also, easy walking distance to some of the best attractions in Kensington & a lovely area that felt safe to stay in.

We loved it! Where to start… Personnel was super bice and polite. Room was moder and tidy, maybe a bit small, but that’s not so important. We had a nice view on the London modern centre of bank district. That brings me to the best thing about this hotel which is the location. It is very conveniently close to the centre (walk to the Tower bridge can take roughly 25min) and the surrounding area is very modern and safe. We didn’t had a chance to try breakfast there but one evening e went for a dinner to the hotel restaurant and it was very nice but bit expensive. Overall definitely wewe are going to choose this hotel for our next stay in London.
