Opened in 2012, Lifestyle Hotel Mátra features lavish rooms with free Wi-Fi, 2 indoor pools and a spa area of 1200 square metres on 2 floors. I was really amazed by the interior it really met my style what I like. The colors, furniture etc... The wellness was absolutely great and offered a wide choice of options. Having breakfast with a breathtaking view of Matra... I think I do not have to write more about it... Basically the whole staying was absolutely wonderful. Many thanks for the whole staff, because we always meet some nice words or just a smile what I think represents that really good people working there. The management of the hotel can be proud from the cleaners, kitchen workers to the waitresses,bartenders. Be aware that not always the shiny things but the hospitality will power the guests to visit again you. And you are on a good way! Many thanks for everything.

I told him to have the breakfast ready in my room upon my arrival, because I will leave early in the morning, and he agreed. The same I asked for dinner, and he prepared that too, and I paid the dinner.He speak english very well so there was no problem with the commmunication.

We stayed at Csenger Vendégházak from July 16th to 18th, 2025, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property was beautifully maintained, cozy, and full of charm. The location was excellent—peaceful, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host, Mr. Chris, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit, and his warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend Csenger Vendégházak to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. I’d love to return someday!

Bagy-kő Panzió - Mátra Tkeppközpont er nýlega enduruppgerður gististaður í Parádsasvár, 39 km frá Eger-basilíkunni. Boðið er upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og bílastæði á staðnum. I needed a quiet place somewhere close to nature where I could rest after a long and tiring year and that's what I found. The accommodation was exceptional,I had everything I needed.The room and facilities were very clean,a lot of attention payed to detail. Plenty of parking spots outside and I had a good time exploring the surroundings. A special thanks to the owners,Csilla and Zoli for the fresh and tasty breakfasts and for making sure I had everything I needed. I can only recommend Bagoly-kő Panzió to everyone interested in spending a relaxing few days

The staff was really kind and helpful, even went out their way to find us a new room that was more quiet for us.

Diana Panzió er staðsett í Mátrafüred, 40 km frá Egerszalók-jarðhitalindinni og 44 km frá Eger-basilíkunni. Boðið er upp á sameiginlega setustofu og garðútsýni. The room was cosy and quiet, the location is perfect for a relaxing weekend, near the forest and hiking routes. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and kind. It was our second time here and we are sure to return soon!

The 4-star Avar Hotel was built in 2020 and it is located at the foot of the Mátra mountain. It offers garden, wellness center, 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage. Excellent food, staff is friendly and helpful. Great spa and bowling facilities
