Set in Tuk Tuk, Zoé’s Paradise Waterfront Hotel offers 3-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. The thing we liked the most was the staff. We have experienced friendly staff in a lot of places, but here people go out of their way to be the friendliest staff possible. Great service, always a smile, thinking with us, giving great tips and recommendations and everyday a great job. Other than that we liked the food, the rooms, the overall service, the location. Would definitely return here.

The Homestay was like a hotel. My friend and I were very comfortable at Mr Bloom’s place. The place was very clean and modern. Mr Bloom, his friends and family were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Bun, the manager is simply fantastic. He made my stay special. The room was huge, clean and had everything I needed. The balcony looking over the street was also huge. The restaurant was awesome and Bun made THE best gado-gado in the world. As a bonus my bicycle was also allowed to sleep upstairs.

Right by the lake, you can just walk down and take a swim. Even at night it's really beautiful. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself was comfortable. The host Ranti was great as well! She's really funny and helpful. She helped us to book motorbikes and a day tour, both which turned out amazing. It's really convenient to get a ferry back to mainland as well. The ferry can stop right at the house to drop you off/pick you up.

Ruma Kaca Simanindo Bed Breakfast er nýuppgert gistiheimili sem er staðsett í Ambarita, 2,3 km frá Batu Hoda-ströndinni og státar af einkastrandsvæði og útsýni yfir vatnið. My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and would have liked to stay two weeks if we had the time. Tio is such a lovely host as is all the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and help us out with anything we needed. The room was super clean and comfortable, the garden is so beautiful and lovely to relax in, the food is tasty, the coffee was so so good, and the museum and grounds in general are lovely to explore and spend time in. Highly highly recommend staying here if you are anywhere around lake Toba!
