Spotlessly clean (even hygienic plastic covers on A/C device etc), extremely comfortable room (big fridge, microwave, kettle, air cleaner, A/C that heats the room fast, TV/couch…) and thought through to the tiniest detail (refreshing spray for clothes after eating out, mini dishwashing stuff, lines to dry clothes) and everything provided that one might possibly forget (from obvious things like toothbrush up to hair clips, razors, facial wash etc. Could even borrow a hair straightener for free!!)
