Very kind and friendly staff, in particular the lady that welcomed us at the reception the first day, but all the others were very kind too. The room was spacious and very nice, actually feels like a mini appartement. Looking forward to stay here again sometime during our future travels.

Beautiful setting both inside and out. The room had fantastic views and was very comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities available.

The hotel is very close to the airport which is why I stayed there, as I had an early morning flight. Despite being near the airport The noise from planes is not noticeable. A free shuttle bus is available on a frequent basis. The hotel is spacious, very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is in a beautiful nature-filled, park-like environment.

Only a 5-minute drive from Miyajima Ferry Port with its free shuttle, beautiful ocean views can be enjoyed from Miyajima Seaside Hotel. The hotel features a public bath, a karaoke room and free WiFi at the lobby. This hotel is a great budget option for a ryokan experience! I paid much less than what is quoted at other places but it definitely felt like a luxury experience. The traditional Japanese room is huge! And the dinner plus breakfast were very delicious and extravagant. I struggled to finish the kaiseki dinner. The staff were so helpful and polite. They even brought all my luggage to the room from the ferry terminal. The shuttle makes everything very convenient as it is farther from the main sights. The onsen was clean and very comfortable.

Room was very spacious. Enjoyed the private Onsen. Staff were excellent. Appreciated the service of picking up our luggage from the coin lockers at the ferry port.
