We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the hotel itself, staff members are very polite, helpful and friendly. The food quality at breakfast time was absolutely superb.

The staff was super nice and English was not a problem. Room was huge and had all the things you need, what was strange that they didn't offer pyjamas which is normal to have in each hotel which I visited in Japan. Breakfast was fabulous I had to order it as extra though it was worth it it had Japanese, western kitchens everything that you need. You can find a lot of food places near by. I will book this hotel again if I will come back to Kanazawa.

The aesthetic was clean and the location was fantastic because I literally walked everywhere from the hotel. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on in Japan. And the rooms were really spacious.
