They have a private onsen for couples, so my husband and I tried our first onsen. Nice hot water with cold air outside. Very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many dishes. Lots of toiletries and comfortable pajamas

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even helped me arrange luggage delivery to my next hotel in Sapporo, which I really appreciated.

The room was spacious, quiet, spotless and the amenities were great, the toiletry products were of high quality. The staff was very helpful.
