Situated in Yasuda and only 33 km from Museum Of Japanese Emigration to Hawaii, もりのもむ Morinomomu Guest House in Mitsuo features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. A beautiful traditional building in a beautiful part of rural Japan. Around the stay the farmers can be seen working in the fields and close to the stay is a nice and small onsen which is definitely worth a visit in the evening. We were lucky, as we were visiting in the period when there were fireflies, which we were able to see on only a couple minutes walk from the stay (with thanks to the staff for recommending it to us and joining!). Highly recommended to stay here!

Hotel MYTH-L&A-ホテル マイス エルアンドエー -adult only- is situated in Shimonoseki, 3.6 km from Oinoyama Park and 6.3 km from Konpira Park. The amenities are excellent. There’s a jacuzzi in the room, karaoke, adult amenities for a secret rendezvous. Everything you need is available from the tv: Oder meals anytime, products, entertainment, information. The food prices are reasonable and quite delicious. It’s delivered rather quickly through a hatchet beside the door.

Situated in Nagato, 37 km from Doigahama Site Anthropological Museum and 41 km from Kuruson-zan Shuzen-ji Temple, 民泊中村邸 offers air conditioning. Our stay in Nagato was made extra special thanks to this cozy, homey place. It had plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and incredibly soft tatami mats with comfortable futons that made for a great night’s sleep. The hosts were truly wonderful—very kind and welcoming. They introduced us to some amazing local spots for food and shopping, and even let us know about a fireworks festival we would have otherwise missed! This was definitely one of the best places we stayed during our trip and a perfect base for exploring Nagato.

Located in Suo Oshima, 1.6 km from Museum Of Japanese Emigration to Hawaii and 15 km from Oshima Yahata Community Center, Guest Room Kanda offers a garden and air conditioning. Great hosts, very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely conversation over sake and a bowl of noodles
