Beautiful property inside and out with a great atmosphere and stunning view of the Mekong river from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. The owners are warm and inviting and helpful with travel tips and booking day trips in the area. A highlight of our stay was the food. Everything we had was delicious and beautifully presented. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Jeremie and Samlee!

The house was very clean and owner so kind even the housekeeper I've met she also lovely and helpful. All guests were nice no one made noisy. I like all of Laos's things: people, culture, food and the way they lives. Everything is simple not hurry. The expenses are very cheap.

A localização é magnífica, uma vista deslumbrante sobre o Mekong. O quarto é grande e confortável. Tem também o serviço de restaurante para pequenos almoços e refeições, tudo delicioso. Alugamos uma moto para visitar as waterfalls e as produções de café e no dia seguinte Vat Phu que fica muito próximo também é possível fazer de bicicleta. É um lugar muito especial e para a primeira estadia em Laos foi perfeito.

The hotel had all modern reqiurements and my room had a beautiful view of the Mekong River and a stunning sunrise that I could see from my bed if desired. The restaurant was excellent and it was great to be able to cool off and relax beside the pool. Although I did not have time to use them there were bicycles available free to ride to the town and surrounding countryside. The staff were helpful and polite.

Don Som Riverside Guesthouse tem jardim, terraço, restaurante e bar em Don Som. Com um balcão de turismo, esta acomodação também oferece parquinho infantil. We absolutely loved staying at the Don Som Riverside Guesthouse, best place to stay and eat in the 4000 islands. Our little bungalow was super confortable and the shared bathroom was spacious and always clean. We had the view on the Mekong and we spend a crazy amount of time in the hammocks in front of the bungalow. It's a bit further from the rest of the 4000 islands but definitely worth it, the owners are adorable and will do anything to help you and make your stay an awesome experience. Also the island itself is very pretty and only locals live there so if you looking to get away from touristic places, this is your spot! The food is delicious there, breakfast, mango shake and my favorite: their pad thai. Water is free and they have plenty of activities. We went fishing in the Mekong and rented their scooter to visit the different islands. We would have stayed at least a week there if we could. Highly recommend!!
