Well situated in the centre of Kandy, Raj Residencies offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The best hot shower in Sri Lanka! Very well located, close to the train station and places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Situated in Kandy and with Kandy City Center Shopping Mall reachable within 1.5 km, Eden Kandy features a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. Eden Kandy is in a stunning location, overlooking luscious rainforest. It’s really peaceful there, the spaces were clean, lots of areas to socialize or hang out solo/do some work if you need to. The breakfast is also delicious and there is free, clean drinking water. Udaya, the owner, is so incredibly helpful. We left Eden Kandy just before the cyclone and he continued to check in and support us to find safe travel for days after. Such a kind person - can’t recommend this hostel enough and will definitely stay again if I’m back in Kandy.

It's very nice to relax at the pool or the balcony of your room. The rooms itself are also great, they are spacious and look nice. The staff is very helpful and available all the time. It's a nice place to be away from the crowded city center and with a tuktuk you easily visit the center. When you walk for 15-20 minutes downhill you will find a supermarket, bakery and other different stores.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms. The roof top bar and pool was a highlight with amazing views. The gym is also well equipped and new. The breakfast buffet is amazing, all the food you can think of and more. Loved the friendly staff too.

The host and his family were absolutely amazing—so warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan food they served. Each meal was a delightful culinary journey, full of authentic flavors and prepared with so much care. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with exceptional service and fantastic food. Can’t wait to return!
