Itzel and all the staff were very friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We really liked having a kitchenette and cooked many meals in our room. The front desk had a hairdryer that I could use for the duration of our stay. I was very happy about that. They also have irons, microwaves, and bottled water. We checked out beach towels and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool area is clean and relaxing, We took the elevator to the 6th floor rooftop and watched beautiful sunsets. The beach is a short easy walk away. The downtown plaza is also an easy walk, either through the streets, or down the beach.

The rooftop restaurant!!! It was AMAZING! I booked a room with breakfast included, which I recommend. When you check in they put a band on your arm which signifies you get the free breakfast. Eat all you want:) The breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the open air rooftop restaurant makes it spectacular. The service was quick and the food was delicious! I had a hamburger that was the best one I've eaten in a long time. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. For the money, this is by far the best hotel I've booked in many years!

The staff is incredible ! Good vibes, customer service and great comunication no matter the language barriers. Also the vegan and gluten free food was amazing 🤭
