The location and facilities were perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and efficient. Our son was sick on this trip and the staff did everything to help us in every way. When he was sick in the bed at 1 in the morning, a cleaning lady came up right away to change the sheets with a smile, for two nights in a row. We felt very welcome and that the staff cared very much about the quality of our stay and the well-being of our son. The breakfast was delicious, the shuttle to the private beach was quick and easy. The private beach was calm and had a great little restaurant. Being located inside the beautiful mall was also very practical. We just had to take an escalator and had access to everything we needed. The best of both worlds-- beach, restaurants and shopping. Thank you so much to all the staff for your care and incredible hospitality.

We booked a room with 2 beds and it was spacious, clean and elegantly decorated. The beds are soooo comfy and the shower has amazing water pressure. It is in a nice location, close to a lot of attractions. We parked our car in the lot the hotel recommended for 2 days and we walked everywhere.

I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. The location is very good and really close to the ADO station. Although I used the AU station, it's about a 15 min walk. Not bad!
