Second of all is located in the picturesque place, in the horse barn. We had a beautiful frosty morning with a view of the horses;). We also saw a roe deer nearby. Undoubtedly the most beautiful stopover I've ever had in Norway;)

This was such a unique property—very remote, yet close to the nearby town of Dalen. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner (there were four of us staying in the two cabins) and foraged for mushrooms and berries at the hosts encouragement and guidance. We also utilized the breakfast items and our leftovers to make omelettes in the morning before we left. We used the amazing sauna and small pond on the property in the evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great and the sunrise was unbelievable. The mirrored cabins are not to be missed. We spent a LOT of time taking photos!

Lakeview Vrådal Hyttegrend er staðsett í Vradal og státar af gufubaði. Gististaðurinn er með útsýni yfir vatnið. The location is stunning and the house and facilities are absolutaly great.

Gaustatoppen Lodge - Mountain View - Gaustablikk er staðsett í Rjukan á Telemark-svæðinu og býður upp á verönd og útsýni yfir hljóðlátt götuna. Það er staðsett 6,7 km frá Gaustatoppen og er með lyftu.... The apartment was in a fantastic location with the most amazing view of Gaustatoppen. You wake up with the best view and walk out to the veranda to take your morning tea/coffee. The whole place was impeccably clean and the fixtures and fittings are not only of top quality but extremely tasteful and comfortable. The host Hernrik was extremely accommodating and responsive, and the location is perfect for all outdoor activities. We would stay here again in heartbeat.

Tuddal Høyfjellshotel er staðsett í Tuddal, 12 km frá Gaustatoppen og býður upp á gistirými með líkamsræktarstöð, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garði og verönd. The breakfast was great. The hotel offered good quality of shampoo and soap. The bed was also very comfortable.

Løvheim Gjestehus er staðsett í þorpinu Sauland og býður upp á veitingastað. Öll herbergin eru með bjartar innréttingar, ókeypis WiFi og sérbaðherbergi með sturtu. A beautifully well-maintained house with designed furniture and nise host and hostess. I wish I may have a house like that.

Nutheim Gjestgiveri er fjölskyldurekið timburhótel sem var byggt árið 1877. Útsýni hótelsins yfir Flatdal er frægt og hefur dregið að sér málara og listamenn kynslóðir saman. The hostess was så friendly and we felt very welcome. We talked a lot with her.. We liked the hotell very much, cosy and så many nice paintings and a good atmosfere in the hotell. Marvelous breakfast, nice large rom and good beds. We slept very well.

Spotlessly clean. Basin in room. Handy option for an evening meal. Nice walks in the area. They allowed us to park the motorcycle in a closed shed.

Wow - what a wonderful place for a relaxing stay. The hosts were charming and helpful. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations - spacious and comfortable with quality furnishings and even a separate kitchen and terrace we would love to have used if warmer. The river was only 200m away for relaxing walks, and a 24hr self-serve supermarket completed the rural escape convenience! Truly one of the best stays we have had - we could not rate it highly enough!
