Very nice location with a canyon view, very close to the start of the balcony walk. Cozy setup inside of a dome, AC works as a heater as well, which is very handy at night. Very friendly hosts!

I really liked how clean and comfortable the property was. The location was perfect. The Host was really nice and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

Great location with beautiful views above town. Newer building so very nice facilities with parking. Short distance to old village, but lots of walking uphill/downhill. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Owner and son gave us a wonderful tour of the old village and falaj, including honey tasting at the nearby shop. They served very tasty meals which included Omani food. Owner made fresh Omani bread for breakfast, which was the best we had on our trip. The Arabic coffee, tea and dates they offer throughout the day are also very good. Wonderful stay here.

Super new hotel with a fantastic view right from bed (you could see the sunrise). The owner and his worker Ram are both really friendly and helpful with everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner there, which were both nice. Being 2 minutes away from the balcony track was also a plus. The surrounding area seems still being authentic and the only thing you hear are goats and sheep.

A very lovely and truly authentic property in the heart of Nizwa. I couldn't imagine a better location for the accommodation in Nizwa. We were picked up by the hotel staff in a tuk-tuk (we parked our car in the big parking lot in front of the Nizwa Suq market just a stone's throw away from the property). The room was comfortable. The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with views over old Nizwa. The breakfast was served in a trendy coffee/breakfast shop nearby and was excellent. The staff communicated seamlessly. Highly recommend the accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay, the room was spacious and clean. It is the perfect place if you want to visit the surrounding mountains and other attractions like Nizwa. Definitely recommend this.
