Situated in Al ‘Aqar, Hanging Terraces المدرجات المعلقة features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden. The location has a fantastic view of the farmlands and the mountain landscape. Hanging Terraces is located in the first village of the popular three village walk. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The on site cafe has excellent coffee which can be enjoyed on the sunset deck. The owner is friendly and very hospitable. Him and his staff evidently enjoy hosting visitors and take pride in the service they provide.

Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, the highest five star resort in the middle east on the curving rim of a great canyon, is a secluded haven for the intrepid and discerning. Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.
