John the owner he’s not doing that “host” act. He’s just a solid guy who actually shows up for his guests. No delays, no excuses, no attitude. You need something? It’s done. You’ve got questions? He answers them before you even ask. No ego, no weird vibe just pure respect and presence. It’s rare as hell. Even the scooter rental is on point brand new, rides clean, price is fair. Not one of those beat-up bikes everyone else tries to pass off as “ok.” This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s run properly. It feels good. You can tell someone gives a shit about the details and that alone makes it better than half the so-called “top-rated” places out there. Stay here. That’s it.

At the homestay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. I had an incredibly relaxing stay on this beautiful and well appointed beach front property. Elvira and Josepth were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was exquisite, clean, comfortable and just steps away from the shared pool and beach. I enjoyed the Filipino-inspired decor, outdoor rain shower, welcome smoothie, and fresh local fruit provided. Wish I could have stayed longer and will have to bring my husband back with me for another stay.

There are only very few guests so the pool is never crowded (and most of the time you have it to yourselves)
