I was very pleased at my stay in Ewaa Express hotel Al Jouf. The staff were wonderful, the services and facilities are honestly one of the best I've seen in probably all the hotels I've been in as a whole. I'm very thankful that they have a microwave in the room. The room layout is very well done. and it was decently clean. I'd give the cleanliness 8.5/10, facilities 10/10, staff 10/10, value 8.5/10. Breakfast 8/10. Keep in mind they do not have a laundry where they'll take your clothes and do everything for you; however, you do have 2 options: 1- Ask the reception to send the bell boy, who will take your clothes and give it to the laundromat close to them. 2- There are washing machines near the lobby area for self service.

The rooms were very nice. Big, new, clean, modern. Comfy beds, powerful shower. Towels provided. It has a separate living room with sofa, little kitchen area with fridge. Big wardrobes. The hotel is in a good location close to the main road either shops and restaurants. This is an ideal stopping location if you are travelling from Riyadh to Amman Jordan. Big car park. Checkin staff was very friendly.

I also requested a late checkout, which was granted with flexibility and confirmed the next day—another example of their commitment to guest satisfaction.
