We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.

A perfect place for our three families with children. Perfectly equipped kitchen, fireplace, bathrooms, towels, and bedding, everything was prepared as described. Beautiful views of Äre and the lake from the windows. Highly recommended. 11/10

Ministuga i er staðsett í Åre, aðeins 2,7 km frá Åre-lestarstöðinni. Solbringen Tiny Cottage í Solbringen Åre býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Very good location, very cosy little house! :)

Everything was exceptional – the location, the food, the welcome. The hosts deserve a perfect score. If I were to return, I would choose the same place again. Highly recommended to everyone.

On arrival we were greeted by the host, who helped us access the property and left us with some freshly made cinnamon pastries and biscuits, which were gorgeous! The photos of the apartment do not do this property justice. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped (dishwasher/washer/dryer/coffee machine/induction hob/storeage-area for skis snowboards etc.) all the homely comforts you require. Definitely a home from home! Freshly ground coffee & filters, soap and shampoo, washing powder, condiments all provided. Breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The buffet breakfast was served everyday from 7am until 10.30am. There was a vast selection of items to choose from. All the breads and pastries were home made and freshly baked daily on site, absolutely delicious (we would come back just for them!).
