The staff were kind, friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything we needed, albeit a little cosy. The beds were comfortable, the bath was AMAZING and the breakfast was delicious and served by the loveliest lady. It’s only a short walk into the centre of town and there are parking spaces on the street just outside.

Location is great (in the city centre and 1min walk from the bus station). Staff was super kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the terrace is beautiful and the breakfast is very good as well.

The staff were always very friendly and supportive. Haroon and the other receptionist were both always giving us their recommendations about places to go to. All of our additional requests were catered for during our stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and you can see some hot air balloons pass by. You might have to walk around a bit further if you wish to see a lot of hot air balloons like in the pictures.

First of all we loved our King Suite, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Hassan, Urku and one more guy from the breakfast team were stars and looked after us always with a smile. The front desk assisted with booking activities very quickly. The hotel is beautiful and unfortunately the weather was cold so we were unable to use the swimming pool. Breakfast has a variety of delicious options from sweets to different cheeses, salads, breads and also an ala carte option of eggs! Never disappointed. We will surely come back in summer and stay at the same property

We took the deluxe triple room. It was really spacious with a balcony with the most beautiful view of the valleys . It was nicely furnished with very comfortable matresses and beautiful curtains. The bathroom was big with excellent shower with strong flow of both cold and hot water . The rooms were eqipped with warmers and airconditioning units.The elevator is big and modern.Breakfast was at the terrace whic had two parts one glassed and the other one open. The breakfast was very varied and satisfying and the kitchen lady was very friendly and ready to prepare fresh fried eggs on our demand.The staff were very cooperative although only one of them( Bayram ) could speak English. He helped us book our tours with excellent agencies and answered any question we had.
