One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot. Sparkling clean, high-tech, beautiful, brand new facilities, helpful and attentive staff, luxurious amenities. Breakfast options were very plentiful and delicious. Good location too, only a few minutes by foot from Jiaoxi Transfer Station. The balcony onsen (mountain view option) was absolutely wonderful. So clean, peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view. I did not even want to put on music, as at night you hear a chorus of crickets and other sounds of wildlife from the surrounding mountains.

We selected this hotel based on the child friendly water play area and it did not let us down. Additionally we were pleasantly surprised with the wealth of hot pools and spa facilities for adults including the feet nibbling fish in-house. Breakfast was really great - we spent a long time enjoying the offerings. The location was near town center and train station. Parking was included.

200 metres from Jiaoxi Railway Station, Hostel Tomato 番茄溫泉青旅 is set in Jiaoxi and offers air-conditioned rooms. We traveled in a group of 6 (from 8 years old to 70 years old) and all of us love this place so much! From its convenient location (within 1 min walking distance from JiaoXi train station ticket counter, with numerous eateries and shops nearby), to the interior and exterior design, and the amenities provided, not to mention the super friendly and helpful staff - we enjoyed our stay very much. We can tell that the team put in a lot of effort to run this hostel, and they take the guests' needs into consideration. Thumbs up for their excellent services! We booked a double room and a quadruple room. Their quadruple room exceeded our expectations in size. All floors are accessible by lift. The only regret is: we should have stayed here for a few more days! Looking forward to staying at Hostel Tomato again ❤️ **we were curious about their logo design until we saw the 'hot spring tomato' at the nearby market; then we realised their logo looks exactly the same as the hot spring tomato! What a unique and interesting shape it is!

Hotel is super-clean and well-maintained, nothing broken or frayed anywhere. Breakfast is included - small individual portions (not a buffet, possibly because of the pandemic) - but very tasty and great coffee. Even so, the fantastic staff is where this hotel shines. Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi býður upp á heitar hveralaugar undir berum himni, upphitaða útisundlaug og dekurmeðferðir í heilsulindinni. Service is excellent. When we checked in, the front desk noticed that my mother has a little hard time walking. She said that the original room we booked has stairs inside and may not be as convenient so suggested another room type. Another staff member showed us the original room we booked to make sure my mother is able to access upstairs. How thoughtful was that! And buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. Room is so comfortable. Public hot bath is clean and therapeutic. There was a free concert in the lobby in the evening. We are definitely coming back!
