Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. I am truly grateful that they always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is located in front of the bus terminal, which is very convenient. I plan to go back and will be staying here again! I highly recommend this hotel!
