The host Summer (along with her aunt and mom) have created a delightful homestay. Guests do share a bit of space with the family, but the compound is spacious with several relaxation areas for guests. Summer has created great suggestions for restaraunts and walking or cycling tours. She can book boat tours. She kindly books onward transport. Summer is engaging and full of interesting information about the city, region, and Vietnam. The homestay is located in a peaceful neighborhood away from the busy city center. It is a nice but slightly walk to the city center, or one could take a taxi.

Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpfull owner, who speaks perfect english. Thuan took us on bicycle tour, give us fresh exotic fruits from his garden And we drunk a lot of coconuts. He also planned boat trip for us. Highly recommended!

One of a kind experience. We were looking for a true Mekong experience, to understand how people live in a river delta and thrive off of it, and found that here, picking fruit off trees, fishing, cooking, and creating tools out of nature. The family is incredibly kind and helpful, and the dogs and cats are cute, and the other travelers were great company. Wouldn’t want to have stayed anywhere else in the Mekong!

The owner went above and beyond, arranging a free pickup from the bus and even helping us book our next ride. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We rented a scooter, and the owner gave us fantastic tips on places to visit, making our trip even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience!

This was an absolutely fantastic experience for our first home stay in Vietnam. We enjoyed it from the time we began. Run by mother and son who are extremely helpful. Arranged lifts for us once the bus delivered us to Ben tré from Ho Chi Minh which took away all of our stress of that. The mother cooked us a beautiful meal for dinner and breakfast with big portions!! It was delicious.The mother couldn’t have done more for us! We got caught in a down pour in town and she came on us and gave us both a lift back to the house. Really was a great experience.

Bentre Coco Lodge er bændagisting sem er vel staðsett fyrir gesti sem vilja slaka á í Ben Tre og er með útsýni yfir vatnið. The place was amazing cosy and clean. Furthermore the breakfast was great and you could lend bicycles for free. The owner was extremely nice and would help us with booking a bus to Saigon and finding beautiful bicycle routes for us. Would definitely recommend!!!

The setting, structures and landscaping just lovely with great attention to detail and lots of quaint little spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The meals were delicious, generous and great value. Everything was clean and well cared for. Plenty of hot water, drinking water and even a fridge of cold beverages that you could help yourself to and just add to your tab. But the absolute best part was the owner Minh and his wife , brother and staff. They were MORE than helpful. They provided great instructions on how to get there and had us picked up promptly. It was very hot the day we arrived and they took pity on us melting Canadians and upgraded us to a room with air conditioning at no extra cost! They booked our tour, all the different transport to our next destination and even provided photos of what to look for .And when our phone charger died they sent brother to town to purchased what we needed so we didn’t have to spend half our day trying to find a phone store, deal with the language barrier and probably have a very difficult day. This Homestay goes above and beyond to make there guests stay memorable and stress free. The whole staff came to wish us well on our journey and say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving family.
