Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. From the moment you enter the property, you know you're in for a special treat! Upon entering reception, we were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in. After that, we had a personal tour around the property and then were shown our wonderful chalet. The deck is large and has a fabulous view of the canyon forest. The bed is comfortable. The bathing area is AMAZING. The restaurant staff is excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and the area. The food is great! We already have it in mind for our next visit to the Storms River area!

The location is breathtaking - perfect if you want some peace and quiet and have the feeling you are surrounded by nature. We were able to light a fire and sit under the stars. A dip in the natural pool was amazing after a warm day. Cute dogs and great affordable breakfast prepared with love. 10/10

Location was great, very close to the attractions in Tsitsikama. Enough space for five people, All physical furnishing and kitchen equipment was available. We also felt safe with the lockable sliding high gate and fence around the property.

Could not have asked for more. The size of the accommodation was unbelievable. The outdoor area with the fire pit made our evening. Would highly recommend staying and we will DEFINATELY be back.

This was our favorite accommodation during our 2 week stay around South Africa. I wish we could have stayed here longer. The views, staff, dinner, wild life.. all amazing

Situated in Natureʼs Valley and only 200 metres from Nature's Valley Beach, Kamma-Otter features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Ilse's apartment is an amazing place to stay. It has everything needed, is comfortable and clean and offers enough space. It is right next to a delicious restaurant and across the street from a beautiful beach. With our little kid we drove 5min by car to reach a little bay without waves which was ideal to go swimming. It is just a very special place in the most beautiful nature. I would definitely recommend staying here.
