Levis is cute but I use Levis as a base to visit Quebec City. Park, take the ferry and you are in the heart of the old city..no traffic and more reasonably priced hotels. Plus to continue your journey you are minutes from the highway.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to visit...
The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to visit restaurants and old Quebec. All in walking distance. The walk is beautiful but hilly so if walking is difficult or have very small children a car may be necessary but finding parking may be difficult. Overall all a good experience but may be more enjoyable if winter is not your favourite.
But if it is then location is absolutely beautiful and can enjoy many hours outdoor.

The location was excellent for the purpose of our trip but the lack of food service on site was disappointing and required a 15 minute drive to the nearest restaurant. Unfortunately the place is in need of repair and renovation. At present I would say it is only 'basic'.

Beautiful town.
Beautiful town. I would like to come back again in the summer to appreciate the views of the river and experience more of its charm. The microbrewery was an excellent place to try some excellent beer and delicious food. The waitress was very friendly and appreciated our effort to try and speak French.

The place and view were AMAZING!
The place and view were AMAZING! I loved the location- VERY CLOSE to the lake. The resort itself was situated on the lake, and have numerous activities that were included with your stay.
My favorite; kayaking on the lake-super breath-taking. Especially with each hotel room overlooking the Laurentian Mountains!
I would say however; that we had to change our rooms once during the stay- the light would not turn off, and the chargers did not work, the other hotel room worked fine- the staff were super accommodating!
Overall, the resort had so much to do- perfect for a 2-3 night holiday!

The Town of Lévis was great.
The Town of Lévis was great. Four point Sheraton not so much. Have environmental illness we let them know in advance that Dana needed the room clean with vinegar and they said yes. But the night before we got there that called and told us know. No this is very bad for Dana’s health. Manager told us to bring our own sheets as they were doing nothing extra to help Dana. Find another hotel the night before we were to go there. So to rate there customer service we give them a 0. They hand enough time a month to make the changes and did not. Instead they but Dana’s life in danger. Was not happy.
