The location is very good, very clean, and the staff is very nice! Dogs allowed! And I found that the breakfast room is also in charge of the front desk. The handsome guy at the front desk should be given a raise!

First and foremost the hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom and room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious! Great variety of breakfast foods such as eggs, omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon, beans, cereal, bagels and bread, muffins and really good coffee. The variety of juices was also great. Orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice were delicious. Our children enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommended!

Clean and nice to walk around.
Clean and nice to walk around. There was a cold wind when we went but the sun was out and lots to see. The Star Casino serves great food and I would say do go there, it was the Match Restaurant we went to. Friendly people and we had a good number of Good Mornings as we walked around.

Would've liked to stay longer to check out more of the area...
Would've liked to stay longer to check out more of the area but what we did see, we enjoyed. The nearby light house was interesting and the beach beside it was nice, we talked to some locals that were very friendly and fellow rock hounds too!

Two things wrong, they do not give you enough towels for 2...
Two things wrong, they do not give you enough towels for 2 people. There towels are small, so, there should at least be 2 towels per person that is staying in the room. The same with the coffee too. Staying 2 nights, should be more coffee. At least enough for a cup per person for 2 days. The room price goes up, but the supplies go down.

our passports were expired so we stayed in Sarnia.
We would prefer Pt. Huron as the restaurant selection in
Sarnia was very similar to each other and really no ethnic
variety at all.

The room smelled a little musty...We couldn't get room cool enough...Because of that, we left a day early...had an issue with paying cash for deposit...finally after 3 days, the owner fixed everything...he was a very nice man...

Our family enjoy visiting Sarnia because of the Canatara...
Our family enjoy visiting Sarnia because of the Canatara Park, the Canatara Beach, the nice hotels with reasonable prices (we already stayed at Super 8, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn, and Sunbridge - all good experiences) and the affordable dinning options (e.g, the Bad Dog Restaurant).
There is a 3 hours drive from Toronto and we generally spend the day at Grand Bend on our way to Sarnia to have a break from driving and enjoy another beach.

This is a great location for people from across the border...
This is a great location for people from across the border to eat, shop and relax, as I did.
It's friendly town with lots of good services, and easy access either off the International bridge or the major highway. This motel is in an excellant location, and is being remodelled, and it looks great!
