I stayed for about an 8 hour layover overnight, and it was perfect - close to the airport, the host was responsive, excellent value for the money, simple and perfect for a place to crash between flights. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! His pickup and drop off service is the same price as an Uber, so it's worth it :)

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city center.... Very good choice for our needs. Good restaurant and very friendly stuff. Free shuttle service from and to the airport, but make sure to talk about it in advance (especially to get from the airport to the hotel)

So one does not have to spend thousands of pesos for a taxi ride. The room has been spotlessly clean and the owners are so helpful and caring. They made me feel like so welcome. There’s hot water, air con and even a heater!
