I went for an official trip, so I did not find much time to roam around. While I was out for work, my wife visited nearby locations (Dimna lake, Dolma hill, nearby dam, etc) along with her friends. She was extremely happy.

Jamshedpur is an industrial township with overwhelming TATA presence. Though people mostly visit for business purposes, but it has quite a few tourist attractions also such as the Jubilee park, the nearby Dimna lakes and adjoining hills. The township itself is a lovely place to spend a couple of days on leisure.
