Location was EXCELLENT. Car rental return at the Milan airport was under the hotel!!! Fabulous. The airport terminal was ATTACHED!!!!So convenient. Room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful. And we would stay there again.

The owner Ellen puts a lot of effort and care into providing an excellent environment for the guests. The bedsheets and towels were very clean. The shuttle bus to the airport is always on time and well-coordinated. Ellen and her husband also took the time to help me when I had a situation with my luggage and I really appreciated it. I also liked that there was a stainless steel kettle in the accommodation.
