KenyaI loved everything about the place! The location, the views, the peace. And Cathy, the Owner is a very nice and caring host. Always available to reach out when you need anything. The rooms are very clean, fresh air, minimalist and everything works! Sockets, electronics, lights, everything! This will surely be my second home in Kisumu!

Kisumu had a quite relaxed vibe in general especially by the water.
Be careful at night as it’s unsafe if you don’t know where you’re going or are located. Some nice water based and nature activities. Great local fish to eat.
Uber and Bolt drivers are mostly crooks and insist on almost double the displayed rate. Allow extra time to go through a few drivers that will agree to the correct rate.
