The room was spacious and comfortable, and it included a microwave oven and a mini-fridge.
Had a comfortable desk to work in, and a large space to place our luggage over.
Breakfast was included, albeit it finished a bit too early.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was comfortable with a good selection. The bottle water provided was greatly appreciated. The security features in the hotel were incredible. I rarely see elevators that require the room key to get to the floor. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very good. I didn’t always have a full signal but I was able to do everything that I needed to do without a problem.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful.

The hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location near the airport was very convenient because we had an early flight. We left before the breakfast was served, but there was fruit, yogurt, and coffee in the lobby. The airport shuttle was included and very convenient.

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic, particularly the bike and motorcycle traffic, were seriously dangerous. Very crowded and not picturesque to see (what I saw). I changed plans and departed for the hotel. But, if looking for places to eat, I recommend Los Plebes, an outdoor covered restaurant with great food and good service between town center and the airport.
