I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff was professional, friendly, and always helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which was perfect after long working days. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and all the necessary amenities were available. Staff was so nice...I needed help with my wifi, and took a bottle of wine downstairs to open...The clerk fixed my iPad and opened my wine...Another clerk copied the TV guide for us...A few minutes later there was a knock at our door, and he brought us two beautiful wine glasses. We had to leave at 5:30am for the airport...The free shuttle driver brought us two lunches since we were going to miss breakfast...He was very nice...

Free shuttle service from airport and to the bus terminal in the city was so helpful. Especially because we arrived at 23:30. Also 13:00 check out allowed us to rest more. Breakfast was simple but good!!

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was comfortable with a good selection. The bottle water provided was greatly appreciated. The security features in the hotel were incredible. I rarely see elevators that require the room key to get to the floor. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very good. I didn’t always have a full signal but I was able to do everything that I needed to do without a problem.

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic,...

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic, particularly the bike and motorcycle traffic, were seriously dangerous. Very crowded and not picturesque to see (what I saw). I changed plans and departed for the hotel. But, if looking for places to eat, I recommend Los Plebes, an outdoor covered restaurant with great food and good service between town center and the airport.

We flew in late one night and wanted to get a good night's sleep before heading home. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times, since it's within five minutes of the Leon airport. After spending six days in an older beach hotel in Los Barriles, I was in heaven to get into a nice, fluffy, clean bed. The AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was included in the morning. This is not a fancy hotel. But it is very comfortable and a good deal. We will continue to stay here every time we need to stay near the Leon airport.

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

We loved our room. Only stayed for a night so didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel fully. Space was great and roomy, we appreciated the kitchen area and had a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty too.
