Staff was so nice...I needed help with my wifi, and took a bottle of wine downstairs to open...The clerk fixed my iPad and opened my wine...Another clerk copied the TV guide for us...A few minutes later there was a knock at our door, and he brought us two beautiful wine glasses. We had to leave at 5:30am for the airport...The free shuttle driver brought us two lunches since we were going to miss breakfast...He was very nice...

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the bar in the lobby. It was comfortable with a good selection. The bottle water provided was greatly appreciated. The security features in the hotel were incredible. I rarely see elevators that require the room key to get to the floor. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very good. I didn’t always have a full signal but I was able to do everything that I needed to do without a problem.

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic,...

I wanted to go to the market and the plaza, but the traffic, particularly the bike and motorcycle traffic, were seriously dangerous. Very crowded and not picturesque to see (what I saw). I changed plans and departed for the hotel. But, if looking for places to eat, I recommend Los Plebes, an outdoor covered restaurant with great food and good service between town center and the airport.

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

We loved our room. Only stayed for a night so didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel fully. Space was great and roomy, we appreciated the kitchen area and had a great night’s rest. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty too.
