Ideal location to catch the early morning ferry We only stayed 1 night and left early next morning. Area was good to walk around, with lots of bars and fast food places to eat.

Our stay at Hotel Boutique Kokoro Mio was simply breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by this incredible place. The room surrounded by nature, was beyond anything we imagined. When we booked, we didn’t have all the pictures, so we were absolutely blown away upon arrival. Everything was perfect: the breakfast, the restaurant, and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel’s beach club is truly exceptional, making the experience even more unforgettable. We highly recommend this hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Everything. Great host, great location, good traditional breakfast. It is right on the beach at the very beginning of the Bacalar lagoon. They have free kayaks and peddle boards. It was nice to explore the lagoon before breakfast. The owner recommended us to go to Calamkul pyramid park and it was great advice. Definetly will come back.

Very helpful staff who looked after our bags when we arrived early to check in and instantly arranged for a very good value taxi the next morning to take us to the Ado station. Hotel was good value for money, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I used the gym which has running machines and weights. You can easily walk to the pier and the main streets of Chetumal. View from pool was lovely.

I am thoroughly impressed by the Grand Marlon. Our room was exceptionally cool and clean, with sheets and towels changed daily. The cleaning staff was highly efficient, and the area provided a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The beauty and cleanliness of the hotel are commendable. I will return to the Grand Marlon and confidently recommend it to my friends and family.
