Everything. Great host, great location, good traditional breakfast. It is right on the beach at the very beginning of the Bacalar lagoon. They have free kayaks and peddle boards. It was nice to explore the lagoon before breakfast. The owner recommended us to go to Calamkul pyramid park and it was great advice. Definetly will come back.

Our stay at Hotel Boutique Kokoro Mio was simply breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by this incredible place. The room surrounded by nature, was beyond anything we imagined. We spent a week at Xul-Ha and it was a cute, little, quiet town with very lovely residents. This resort was immaculately kept and filled with lush plants, it felt like you were in the middle of the jungle. The rooms were charming, perfectly clean and the pool was amazing! The breakfasts were also very tasty, but the shared kitchen was also great and we cooked quite a few meals there as well. You could walk to the small grocery stores and restaurants around the area. Thank you again to our hosts Fermin and Miriam for making us feel so at home!

The room was clean and comfortable, albeit small, but the large terrace and the owner's friendliness, along with the option to use his own terrace for family activities and meals, more than compensated for the size of the room. We were very satisfied, especially with the beautiful lake view, and the owner provided valuable advice for excursions, helping us choose good and budget-friendly options in the surrounding area.

The location is incredible, and it's a haven of peace. You get to enjoy the sunrise over the laguna every morning, and as the hotel has only 8 units, it feels very confidential. The staff is incredibly kind, evening is perfectly clean, and the bed was probably the most confortable I've ever had. It's a charming place that makes you feel in paradise, we can only recommend!

All the bungalows are next to the laguna. You have large windows and mosquito nets. The bungalows are very clean and spacious. The small fridge was very much appreciated. You have canoes, SUPs, and live vests at your disposal. Parking is convenient.
