United KingdomVery relaxed and beautiful place 10 minute drive from Bacalar. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful which made the stay that much more special. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards can be used for free so they were great to take out. Breakfast was lovely as well! Couldn’t recommend more!

Everything integrates perfectly into the ambiance of the subtropical Mayan forest and impresses with it beautiful design.
Materials and services are all very high standard and the traditional local cuisine is delicious.
With the all-time precence of Tatiana and Ricardo, the hosts of Kokoro Mio, the entire place was filled with harmony and love.
Experiencing a Temaskal on 31 Dec. was magic and the massage which we enjoyed 2 times was wonderful.
We can not wait to go back one day!

GermanyWe spent a week at Xul-Ha and it was a cute, little, quiet town with very lovely residents. This resort was immaculately kept and filled with lush plants, it felt like you were in the middle of the jungle. The rooms were charming, perfectly clean and the pool was amazing! The breakfasts were also very tasty, but the shared kitchen was also great and we cooked quite a few meals there as well. You could walk to the small grocery stores and restaurants around the area. Thank you again to our hosts Fermin and Miriam for making us feel so at home!

SloveniaThe room was clean and comfortable, albeit small, but the large terrace and the owner's friendliness, along with the option to use his own terrace for family activities and meals, more than compensated for the size of the room. We were very satisfied, especially with the beautiful lake view, and the owner provided valuable advice for excursions, helping us choose good and budget-friendly options in the surrounding area.

This is one of the sweetest, most cozy and simultaneously...
This is one of the sweetest, most cozy and simultaneously exotic places I have ever stayed. The rooms are little, perfectly clean, and the jungle grows--literally overnight while we slept. The folks there make yummy food, and there's a kitchen in case you'd like to make your own. They're building a pool! I can't wait to come back with my kiddos.

Xul-Ha is amazing for anyone who wants to have a break from...
Xul-Ha is amazing for anyone who wants to have a break from the busy city life and escape into nature. This isn't for someone who is looking for many things to do but rather for someone who wants to get lost in the beautiful scenery of Mexico. Here you can find wild snakes, monkeys, and other cool animals. You can dive in the lake, paddle, kayak, get lost in a book on a hammock... It's perfect for isolating yourself for a while to do work or recollect yourself before going back to the business of everyday life.
