Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is very close to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site and the Tren Maya station. The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.

Lovely hotel, very easy to access via a short taxi from the main site. The room was spacious and clean and the pool was great. The attached buffet restaurant was really nice and pretty decent value. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There was a problem in the hotel and they have changed our accomodation with an upgrade and no extra cost.

Beautifully decorated and very peaceful—this place was exactly what I needed after a day exploring Valladolid. I really liked the style and decoration throughout the property; it added a lot of character and charm. I loved my room and especially enjoyed the terrace with the hammock—it was the perfect spot to unwind. The location is great, with easy access to the city center and the Convento San Bernardino. The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!

The staff at reception was very helpful with all our questions. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and nice. Close to the city center.

The room was beautiful and so many great little touches - the coffee machine, the beautiful bathroom and toiletries. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Great location and friendly happy staff.

Comfortable accommodation with great restaurant/ bar area on the edge of a swimming pool. The host Alberto was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was the true selling point, just a 5 minute drive from Chichen Itza! Would recommend getting there early (just before 8am opening time) as queues build up quickly - we drove past an endless stream of tour buses heading in on our way out at around 11. Ik Kil Cenote is literally across the road from the accommodation and is also well worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful stay for what you need to visit the beautiful town or Chichen itza which is a legit 5-10 minute drive away. Building is a beautiful yellow and just off the main street where you are welcomed by the beautiful owner and family who are so accommodating showing there place and passions to you as guests. The rooms were quaint but had beautiful comfy beds, Aircon and clean. The even didn't a extra touch for us as was our honeymoon just to show how lovely and thoughtful the are

Nice simple hotel with coutyard and pool. Good location. Helpful staff.

The owner and the staff are very kind and helpful. They do all they can to ensure you have a great stay. We had a different Mexican dish at each breakfast, with fresh fruits and yogurt. Lots of very helpful tips received from the owner and the staff. Room with character. Not walking distance from the center, but much quieter. Private secured parking. Everything we had a problem with, was fixed the next day

Stayed for 2 nights ! Staff super helpfull , our rental car broke down and they did everything they could to help us !! A bit of humidity in the room (but it's normal in mexico) , it didn't bother us. It's a 15-20 min walk to the center , felt totally safe (day and night).
