I don't understand anyone's concerns about this place. It's a beautiful 500 year old hacienda, obviously there are tiny things. But the rooms are renovated, everything works well, the pool is clean and the birds are singing all day and night. It's a lovely place to stay at!

Salt cave spa, turtles, little lizards, three cats, bees, and beautiful rear honey bought from them, fish apa, yoga, beautiful painting on the walls, plants, nice swimming pool, spot for nudist sun tan, where I enjoyed at night meditation under the moon light too. Beautiful property, very stylish and nicely done. We had an early pickup on the first day and the staff kindly arranged a great take away breakfast. Food in the restaurant was great as was breakfast the next day. We loved the open shower and the treatment in the spa was one of the best I have ever had!

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location, about 10 minute walk to the main square. Staff were so lovely, especially Eduardo. We were upgraded and given vouchers for a free margherita which were delicious. Breakfast was the best we had in our 3 weeks stay in Mexico. Room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable.

It was out from the center of town so it was less noisy. The staff was so personable that it felt like family. It was the best the best hot shower I had in Mexico. The room was spacious with many windows. It was spotlessly clean with a lovely outdoor space where we had our breakfast. The kitchen fit our needs. We could park our car on the property so it was very convenient.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly, they offered us many great tips for activities in the area. WiFi was fast and reliable (which was not the case in other hotels we stayed at in Mexico). Overall, I think we enjoyed this hotel the most of all the ones we stayed at during our roadtrip around Yucatán.
