Everything was perfect! We had the entire house to ourselves and it was the best experience! Room #2, single bed mattress is very bad, needs changing. The other beds were great.

I liked that it was a boutique hotel and that the staff was very attentive. The hotel has 2 pools, a normal one and another one that was a cave before. Because it is a small hotel we actually had the pools for ourselves when we wanted to use them which increase privacy and the holiday feeling.

Hotel is brand new, very well designed, beds super comfort and you have more than you need in a very quiet environment . Breakfast variety is more that I expected , healthy and delicious. Staff are super friendly and always willing to assist you. I strongly recommend this hotel in Valladolid. A bonus is the parking lot, just around the corner, very safe.

Hospitality is on point! Very friendly staff. Cristina is a sweetheart lady that welcome us with open arms. They even left food and beverage on the fringes for us. Also the room has a coffee machine that is super handy. Very nice room with lots of space. Quite area and walking distance from the center. We felt safe and could relax with our car parked in front of the hotel. The parking has cameras as well. All the hotel is new and comfortable. We stayed two nights and slept like a baby :)

Really good value for money. Our room was beautiful and very spacious. The staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay again. The location is a little out of the center but a super easy and cheap taxi ride away :)
