The place is only 5 mins drive from Chichén itza and the owners provide a great breakfast to get you fired up for exploring.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.

Highly recommended if a visit to Chichén Itzá on your own time and dime is in your plans.
