Chinese Malaysian owner is very friendly and helpful, along with ladies from reception. There is free tea/coffee, many books to read (i borrowed Lonely Planet on The Philippines), good places to eat and drink are within 10mins walk. From the reception especially i can recommend snorkeling (about $25) which made the best day of my life (swam with reef sharks!) - thank you ladies! On this chalet compound you can really feel like on the countryside and you will definitely relax. Highly recommended place. Lukasz (Poland)

Good location, 2 min till best beach of Tekek and close to marina. Nice restaurant with acceptable prices. And very friendly, helpful and open-minded owner.

Quiet and peaceful dormitories, a fantastic bistro with good food, great coffee and hammocks where you can spend hours listening to good music and relaxing looking out to sea. Tioman Cabana's greatest treasure, however, are the people. Very friendly always smiling staff. I spent two weeks there and although Tekek is small, I was not bored for a moment. Coral Reef Holidays is a beachfront resort located on Tioman Island. It offers air-conditioned rooms with an attached bathroom. Diving, fishing and snorkelling opportunities are available on-site. I stayed here to free dive , I really liked the place especially tte location and staff . Lunch every day was super and I certainly enjoyed the hammocks !

They are everywhere around you and are very cute.

Berjaya Tioman Resort has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Tioman Island. This 4-star resort offers a private beach area, room service and free WiFi. What a beautiful resort. Located on a beautiful beach, clear water, a reef with lots of fish (we also saw a turtle) can be seen in the water right next to the beach. Wooden hotel houses located in a beautiful, well-kept, green area, with a view of the sea on one side and the jungle on the other. Our cottage was very comfortable, for four people, with all amenities. Very comfortable beds. WiFi ok. Tasty breakfasts, especially tasty omelets made by one of the gentlemen. It is possible to buy cool trips at the hotel - snorkeling, jungle trekking, etc. Opposite the hotel is the island of Rengis, which you can reach by kayak or boat from the hotel pier. We are delighted with our stay at this hotel and Tioman Island in general. Paradise on earth.
