Located in El Nido, Lakwa Motel has a fitness center, garden, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and although the location is a bit far from El Nido town proper, it was totally worth it. The peaceful surroundings, fresh air, and relaxing vibe made it the perfect escape. Being surrounded by nature and stunning views of Lio Beach was a highlight. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so dining options were never a problem. Overall, a wonderful place to unwind.

Featuring a bar and free WiFi, Island Lyfe Adventures Hotel is located in El Nido. Featuring a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. To be honest the best hotel there is. We stayed at a resort few days before but even this hotel is better, cleaner, accommodating staff and so forth. Would go back again!!
El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.
I really enjoyed town, but nacpan and duli area also nice places to stay! Lio is another nice spot to stay. Town is good if you like going out to eat, and see a lot of things But staying in lio, nacpan or duli is also nice if you want a more peaceful, quiet time. even sibaltan would be nice (check out the manta rays if you dive)
El Nido is a must. Leave full days for the island hopping tours. A B C D Zip line is a nice experience needs less than half a day. Canopy walk is Donald in a couple of hours. Best to have at least 3 full days at least
El Nido is an incredible destination with breathtaking limestone cliffs, crystal-clear turquoise water, and some of the best island-hopping experiences we’ve had. The tours are well organised and take you to beautiful lagoons, beaches, and snorkelling spots, so bringing your own snorkel and mask is recommended if you have them, along with water shoes for rocky shorelines, although all equipment can also be hired locally. If you’re flying into Puerto Princesa, be prepared for a long but scenic van transfer of around five hours on a winding road, it’s worth allowing plenty of time, packing snacks and water, and planning arrival during daylight if possible, as the effort is absolutely worth it once you arrive.
Lively, plenty of food and party options. Good access to beaches nearby. More expensive than most places in the Philippines though. I personally liked El Nido town more than Coron but thought the tours in Coron, especially snorkelling, coral reefs and fish life better up there compared to what I saw in El Nido . Found in both places it pays to book accomodation ahead as it books out quickly.
Small coastal town with vibrant local shops/bars and great vibes. Good area for island hopping and a lot of beautiful beaches close by. Main street is closed in the evening which makes it even better.
